Members of the local community were asked to nominate those around them who 'go out of their way' to make our neighbourhoods a better place to live in.

The Bracken Ridge and Surrounding Suburbs Community Awards were awarded to recognise individuals and group contibutions to our local community in four categories and were given out at our recent Australian Citizenship Ceremony.
